It must have been our lucky day because it's not often that you find a contractor that is honest, reliable, ethical and professional. Any homeowner will tell you that when you find someone that does quality work in the time frame they originally promise and for the price negotiated without delays, upsells or unexpected costs is a miracle. Dan is such a great guy. He took an extremely stressful situation and turned it into a smooth process with no surprises. Dan was always up front and honest about everything and the work he and his team did was thorough and precise. Leaving no stone unturned they practically dissected the entire area (and surrounding areas) to ensure nothing would be overlooked. Dan advises and suggests, he doesn't pressure and we appreciate that in any type of business we do. He gives honest answers even if it means that it's less business for him because he has integrity. Integrity. Professionalism. Honesty. These are important and rare traits. I'd also like to note that communication was stellar throughout the entire process. From before we hired to after the job was done Dan was always just a phone call away. Doing a mold remediation can be a scary and stressful experience.

Carlos saved our house! We had a mold situation and he and his team took care of everything. This company is awesome. They came out within the day for a quote on mold removal for my bathroom, but ended up removing it all during the same consultation visit, since the issue was extremely minor (easily removed by wiping away). The technician was friendly and advised on how to prevent future mold growth. This company was prompt, knowledgeable, customer oriented, and most importantly, honest. Gained a loyal customer for life!

They are your best option ! The water leaking from the foundation wall cracks damaged our basement’s drywall, closets, carpet, and led to mold problem. What is worse is that my daughter is allergic to the mould and dust. Roy spotted the problems immediately including the parts that we did not even noticed.
